Job Description The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing multiple support functions key to the success of Influent’s worldwide sales and marketing initiatives. This position supports internal and external communication initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and developing content for all channels of communication including, but not limited to, print, intranet, internet, and other electronic items as required. Qualifications (1) 4-year college degree, preferably with concentration on marketing or business communications (2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (3) Strong marketing skills and 5+ years experience in marketing required, with preference for B2B marketing experience. (4) Ability to engage strategically, but willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and manage the details of marketing project execution. (5) High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work to accomplish work objectives. (6) Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members. (7) High-level knowledge and user skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint. Interested?
