Required Skills:
Experience in QA test planning and execution
3-5 years software development experience in object oriented or modern scripting languages
1-2 years Java programming experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Define, estimate, and execute cost-effective test plans
Required Soft Skills:
Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience testing and development in a Service Oriented Architecture environment
Experience testing and development for Enterprise Content Management Systems
Degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry

Description of Services:
Testing services in an SOA architecture
Creating and advising on creation of tools for testing software services
Writing and executing test plans
Working with software developers to investigate and track defects
Assess production readiness of internally developed software systems
Tasks to be Assigned:
Define, estimate, and execute cost-effective software test plans
Work closely with requirements analysts and Editorial users to refine requirements and ensure the quality aspects of the applications meet user and business needs
Evaluate and report test results, tracking defects through the test cycle
Work with Editorial IT to establish effective test environments and develop and acquire testing tools
