ADVERTISING SALES CONSULTANT
Examiner.com, a Top 100 website and one of the fastest growing internet companies, is looking for a dynamic Ad Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling online advertising space to local businesses for the Austin edition of Examiner.com. Our local and hyper-local business model provides a great advantage for local advertising. Serving 234 U.S. markets and 6 Canadian markets, Examiner.com connects consumers with a premium blend of news and information from the best local sources. The successful candidate will work effectively with headquarters and the Local Market Director to develop and execute sales strategies that generate ongoing advertising revenue. This is a commission-based, contract position (25% for sales and residuals). We offer full and part time positions with a flexible schedule, virtual office, a great training program and support, sales materials and the opportunity to work for a growing website in a hot market.
