1.手工焊 Hand soldering
使用30瓦烙鐵，烙鐵尖端溫度不超過350℃，焊接時間3S

2.波峰焊/回流焊 Wave soldering/Reflow soldering
峰值溫度不超過260℃，焊接時間不超過5S
